Corporate Programs
Rabius Consulting partners with organizations to provide custom women’s leadership programs. We provide leadership development for women at all stages of their career: emerging leaders, mid-level leaders, and executive leaders. We specialize in providing a personalized learning journey for women to step into senior levels of leadership.
Stanford University CSP
We designed the inaugural women’s leadership programs for Stanford University Continuing Studies Program in 2013. Since that time, we have delivered over 50 programs at Stanford to over 1,000 women leaders. Women Leaders: Mastering Influence, Authenticity, and Power, and Women Leaders: Mastering Organizational Strategy, are consistently two of the most popular courses offered.
Women’s Leadership Case Study
Denise partnered with the Women’s Transportation Seminar to custom design several programs for women leaders in the transportation industry: a Mid-Career Women’s Leadership Program, and an Executive Women’s Leadership Program. These programs have been offered annually since 2014, providing leadership development for over 500 women. Graduates consistently share success stories of career advancement.
