Gender Equity

Most organizations hire men and women equally for entry level positions. However, senior leadership and C-suite positions are usually 80% male and 20% female. We work with organizations to create a level playing field so women and other under represented groups have equal opportunity to advance into senior leadership positions.

Gender Equity

Designed and delivered an extensive project for a global engineering firm. Project included C-suite consulting and leadership development programs which increased the annual rate of promotion for women and under-represented groups into senior leadership from 10% to 50% over a four year period.


Organizational Culture

Worked with the CEO of a VC-backed startup to grow leadership competencies for the company as it grew from 10 to 100 employees.


Women’s Leadership

Designed custom women’s leadership programs for organizations in high tech, engineering, and transportation industries. Designed the flagship women’s leadership program for the Women’s Transportation Seminar, and have delivered both a Mid-Career Leadership Program and an Executive Leadership Program since 2014.
